On 28 September 2026, our next DfdK General Assembly will take place at Sprechwerk – Off-Bühne Hamburg, featuring a range of exciting cultural policy and association-related topics.
From 6:00 PM, we invite you to join us for an open check-in and exchange about the DfdK, its structure, and its work. This is particularly aimed at newcomers and anyone who would like to get to know the association better or is interested in becoming a member.
The General Assembly begins at 7:00 PM. It is an important space to discuss issues that are relevant to the future of the DfdK, so we encourage you to join us and make your voice heard. The DfdK thrives on the commitment of its members – come by and get involved!
This year’s agenda covers not only the formalities of the association, but also a wide range of cultural policy topics. We are especially excited to tell you about the launch of our new cultural policy training programme. Have you always wanted to get to know Hamburg’s cultural landscape and cultural policy better, get actively involved, build your network, and look beyond the cultural policy landscape of Hamburg? Then our new programme is just right for you! Find out more at the General Assembly.
We will also present the freshly launched raumcloud – the platform for rehearsal spaces in Hamburg. We will discuss Hamburg’s upcoming double budget and the implementation of the new minimum fee rates. And because the future needs a memory, we will introduce the Performing Archive – the digital archive of the independent performing arts.
The official invitation, including the agenda, was sent to all members by email at the end of August. The General Assembly is open to the public, and everyone interested – including non-members – is warmly invited to attend.
After the General Assembly, we will round off the evening with a drink and some informal conversation.
