Membership
The general assembly is the most important governing body in an association (Verein). Through the election of the board of directors as well as through active participation and co-determination, the members determine the direction and focus of the work of the DfdK.
The following persons can become full members of the Dachverband freie darstellende Künste Hamburg e.V:
a) A natural person who is artistically, technically or administratively active on a freelance or temporary freelance basis in the field of the independent performing arts.
b) A legal entity that is artistically, technically or administratively active in the field of independent performing arts.
c) An independent performance venue or independent group focussing on the independent performing arts on a professional level.
The prerequisite for admission is a written application for membership.

The annual membership fee of the Dachverband freie darstellende Künste Hamburg e.V. is €61.20 for individual members and €122.40 for group members.

Access to discounted rates for theatre and dance professionals at the DfDK room in Wartenau, as well as a 40% discount when booking a rehearsal room at WIESE eG.
Public presence on website

Members receive public visibility on the DfdK website.
Publication of events in the programme

Members can choose to have their events featured in the calendar programme of the Freie Szene Hamburg .
